Yahudah is a Hebrew word that means "Praise to Elohim (God)." You may be more familiar with the English translation of this word as Judah. This word can be found in the Bible in Genesis 29:35 as Strong's H3063. The transliteration is Yehudah and the pronunciation is yah-hoo-duh. So the name "Yahudah Living" was created to represent a brand that desires to praise Elohim (God) as a lifestyle, thus Yahudah Living, and we offer products that represent this!

Right now there is a great season of Awakening, as scales are falling from the eyes of Yahuah's children that are scattered to the four corners of the world. We are "woke." We can see The Most High's Truth in a whole new way. We want to remove things we used to have on our walls, and replace them with things that represent this Truth.

There are 2 primary reasons some of our products bear the reference of Name, "Yah." The number one reason is that it's Scriptural. Look at Strong's H3050. It appears 49 times in Scripture. In the case of Psalm 68:4, which is  a Psalm of David, the king here refers to our heavenly Father as simply, "Yah." It's the Father's nickname, or rather, it's a contraction for H3068 and means the same. We usually don't refer to someone by their nickname unless we have a very intimate relationship with that person.

The second reason we use YAH is that many persons say the Father's Name many different ways. Some render יְהֹוָה as Yahweh, some say Yahuawah, and there are many other combinations. Yah is something everyone agrees upon, and we like to give persons options. If someone sees the name YAH hanging in your home, you can surely explain that it's the shortened form fo the Father's proper name יְהֹוָה! Halal-Yahuah!

It's hard to overdo something that is so underdone. After coming into the understanding of the Father's Name, like most persons, I tried to find items that bore His Name! There were many Christian online stores and products that used the words the phrase "The LORD" (all caps). Who wants that phrase hanging on their wall once realizing there are many other "better" options to be Scripturally correct, especially when we are instructed to call the Father by His Name! So there is definitely an emphasis to offer merchandise in one central location that bears the Father's Name!

Yahudah Living is a brand owned by an Abry (Hebrew) family simply trying to get back to the basics and follow what the Bible says. It's our instruction book for all of life!
